Dr. E. Siegmund-Schultze

Dr. Elisabeth Siegmund-Schultze is an expert in market access, managed care, health economics and health insurance management. She is founder of medicoles, Hannover, a consulting company specializing in market access for digital or hybrid medical products, managed care programs, and innovation management.

Elisabeth holds a doctorate in medicine and is a qualified specialist in gynaecology and obstetrics. Additionally, she has successfully completed postgraduate studies in the fields of health economics and organizational development.

As director of managed care in a health insurance company Elisabeth has broad experience in designing care from both a medical perspective and from that of a health insurance. She is driven by the concept of value-based medicine.

Today, she gives advice to key players in the health care industry such as health insurance companies and scientific institutions, and also to various industrial companies specialized in pharmaceutical and medical technology. She co-founded DiGA-Finder GmbH which provides services in the DTx space.
