Beat Schori is an independent guide and consultant, supporting companies on change journeys.
He brings more than 20 years experience, mainly in consumer healthcare but also in pharmaceuticals and in generics. Beat is an experienced, results-driven senior executive with extensive knowledge in General Management and Marketing. He has held various leadership / commercial positions in several countries and as a regional European Marketing Head. He also served for several years as board member of a leading industry organization.
Over the last years, Beat has focused on change management and integration. Currently, he is taking an intense look at agile methods and develops in-house programs to bring it to life in organizations. He guides empowered, self-managed tribes across Europe.
Beat earned a Master in Business Administration from the University of Applied Science Bern. He recently founded be@change focusing to supporting leaders and teams.
