Brigitte D. Lippmann

Brigitte Lippmann is a Human Resource Professional having worked globally with some of the leading pharma companies in the world. The foundation here were an MBA from Finland and an MA of Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in New York.

After 10 years focusing on advising companies in people matters as a consultant, Brigitte moved to the corporate side in 2003 to support Fortune 50 companies in their endeavors of building organizations and talent pipelines that would ensure the leaders needed to fulfill the company’s strategy. In 2013 she founded her own talent management firm, Lippmann International, operating in the US and Europe.

She designs, implements, facilitates and measures a variety of solutions for individuals and organizations that encounter challenges in cross-boundary people movements, talent management or career transitions. Challenges around Change Management, Culture Navigation, Digitalization and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion are addressed at the same time as skills and approaches around those topics are transferred to internal resources.
