Rüdiger Hochscheidt

Rüdiger Hochscheidt has been involved in digitization projects in the healthcare sector for over 20 years. Since 2011 as an independent consultant, before that he was with Siemens for 14 years. His customers include hospitals (KHZG), health insurance companies (GKV, PKV), gematik, the Federal Ministry of Health (BMG), numerous overarching organizations for practitioners (e.g.: HÄVG), pharmacies, nursing homes, therapists and medical supply stores.

Rüdiger usually works across sectors, so he advises on the interoperability of information systems (HL7 FHIR). Since the Corona Pandemic, he has also been active in public health projects (ÖGD).

Industrial companies that do business in the healthcare sector also rely on Rüdiger’s advice on product management, business development and portfolio strategies. He knows the existing and upcoming legislation well, so he analyzes the effects of legal regulations for the customers (e.g.: SGB V, X, XI, various legal ordinances).

Rüdiger is a generalist who advises on the interfaces between processes, medical and regulatory requirements, technical solutions, services and the operation of these solutions. His facilitation and project management skills help him coach executives. With his support, customers approach the digital transformation in the company.
